Common questions

I want a refund: Apple is the merchant of record for every App Store purchase, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue the refund ourselves, but email us and we will help you through it. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
I want to cancel a subscription: Cancel in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
